چکیده

The development of an immunosensor-based biosensor to detect the human serum albumin (HSA) was developed as a low-cost and label-free electrical detection through silicon nitride ion-sensitive field-effect transistor (Si3N4-ISFET). This sensor functionalized using 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES). silanized Si3N4-ISFET surface covalently linked with antibody against HSA (Anti-HSA) via glutaraldehyde (GA) function immunosensor for HSA. interaction between Anti-HSA on this device is monitored by changing gate potential at constant drain current 50 ?A. relationship concentration change linear up 500 ?g/ml limit 5 ?g/ml. offers good precision in both intra- inter-assay relative standard deviation 6.61%, 7.48%, 10.69%, 9.67%, 13.16%, 15.52% 100, 200, 400 average percentage recovery assay 32.1, 102.1, 202.1 96.55%. also provides its satisfactory selectivity when testing Bence Jones protein solution. In addition, results that done similar conventional method immunoturbidimetric regression 0.99; n = 40 paired sample t-test <0.01. Thus, could be applied urinary microalbumin because simplicity correlation value.

fabrication of new ion sensitive field effect transistors (isfet) based on modification of junction-fet for analysis of hydronium, potassium and hydrazinium ions

a novel and ultra low cost isfet electrode and measurement system was designed for isfet application and detection of hydronium, hydrazinium and potassium ions. also, a measuring setup containing appropriate circuits, suitable analyzer (advantech board), de noise reduction elements, cooling system and pc was used for controlling the isfet electrode and various characteristic measurements. the t...

A selective and sensitive fluorescent albumin probe for the determination of urinary albumin.

In this communication, we report a simple albumin probe based on a fluorescent molecular rotor for the detection of trace albumin levels in urine. In the presence of albumin, the probe exhibits remarkable 400-fold fluorescence enhancement with high selectivity and sensitivity. The probe was successfully applied in the quantitative detection of urinary albumin.

Potassium Ion-Sensitive Field Effect Transistor

was readily constructed by simple modification of a common FID hydrocarbon monitor, with addition of a commercially available valve oven, switching valve, and timer. This system, except for the adjusted response time, had virtually the same operating specifications as the original hydrocarbon analyzer. Short-term studies indicated the system was practical, reliable, and accurate. Air-monitoring...

A Gold Nanoparticles Enhanced Surface Plasmon Resonance Immunosensor for Highly Sensitive Detection of Ischemia-Modified Albumin

In this study a novel sensitive nanogold particle sensor enhancement based on mixed self-assembled monolayers was explored and used to construct a Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) immunosensor to detect Ischemia Modified Albumin (IMA). Compared with a direct binding SPR assay at a limit of detection (LOD) of 100 ng/L, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) of 10 nm dramatically improved the LOD of IMA to 10...
